Purchasing Goods (also see payment checkout)
The payment checkout section tells you everything you need to know about ordering and paying for your goods. It also addresses any questions you might have about delivery of your products, your right to cancel orders or return faulty products to us and our quality assurance. It is important to note that once a personalised name and number have been printed on a shirt, unless the shirt is faulty, we cannot provide a refund or exchange the shirt. If a player subsequently leaves a Club or his squad number changes during his career at the Club we cannot accept responsibility for this and would therefore not accept a return of this item.

Pre-Ordering items from YH&L
YH&L will pre-authorise and charge for all pre-ordered shirts no more than 2 weeks prior to despatch. The reason is to ensure that stock is allocated against your order and to provide sufficient time to process your order and customise the shirt (Where applicable) in time for the launch date. It may necessary for YH&L to you to confirm details of your order.
