Description: Here we have a superb addition to our Collectors Market Place, a France international shirt, match issued to the maverick genius Eric Cantona for the pre- Euro 92 friendly against England at Wembley Stadium. Cantona wore a short sleeve shirt in the match.

The traditional blue home Adidas manufactured shirt carries the differences you would expect to see that seperate from that of a replica, including the match detail embroidered match detail incorporated within the badge below the Cockerel National Crest. It, as you would expect, has great provenance having originated from a staff member of the FA and carries a COA signed by Graham Budd (Graham Budd Auctions/Sothebys) in association with previous memorabilia market leaders the well reknowned Big Blue Tube.

We have been instructed that the seller is considering sensible offers on this, what must be considered rare, match shirt of a genuine legend of the game- well in Manchester at least. We will put any potential serious buyers in direct contact with the seller.

All the shirts you see in this section are OFFICIAL shirts. They have either been worn or issued to the player. We have a broad and comprehensive list of contacts in the footballing world. This enables us to provide you with guaranteed genuine shirts.

What's the difference between Match worn and Match issued?
Match worn shirts have actually been worn in a game by the player in question. In most instances we will be able to tell you in which game, or which part of the season (some shirts are worn several times). Match issued shirts have been issued to the player by the club's kit man, but subsequently have not been worn and have come direct to us.
