This is a match issued Manchester United home 07/08 shirt, a spare belonging to Owen Hargreaves for the 2007/08 FA Premier League. Although an unworn spare it is still a genuinely rare players shirt, because Manchester United recent season shirts are very difficult to find.

The long sleeve shirt- Hargreaves preference is to wear short sleeves- carries all the differences that confirm it as a players shirt, including correct country of manufacture, the printed wash label, the new style full player size Lextra name, numbers and Premier League sleeve badges, plus the other subtle differences from those of a replica shirt.

What's the difference between Match worn and Match issued?
Match worn shirts have actually been worn in a game by the player in question. In most instances we will be able to tell you in which game, or which part of the season (some shirts are worn several times). Match issued shirts have been issued to the player by the club's kit man, but subsequently have not been worn and have come direct to us.
