Now here is a truly rare and absolutely superb match worn shirt, worn by probably the greatest ever player we have seen play, the legend that is Diego Armando Maradona.

The shirt comes to us as match worn in a huge game in a European Cup Competition. The shirt has exceptional provenance, originally given to a family member of a Barcelona official, after it was obtained direct from a player as a post match swap. All this information will be given on a comprehensive COA. The shirt itself carries all the authentication specifications that you would find on a shirt from this era, fully embroidered club crest and Meyba logo, stitch applied with the famous number 10 "paint" applied through the shirt, which by todays standards would be very tight fitting!!!

You can find many Maradona "match worn" shirts by searching the internet, Boca, Napoli and Argentina, but how often do you see a Barca shirt with excellent provenance? Therefore as you would expect we are only considering significant offers around the asking price for a worn shirt of a true football legend and a genuine piece of footballing history. This shirt is truly awesome!!

Are the shirts genuine?
All the shirts you see in this section are OFFICIAL shirts. They have either been worn or issued to the player. We have a broad and comprehensive list of contacts in the footballing world. This enables us to provide you with guaranteed genuine shirts.

What's the difference between Match worn and Match issued?
Match worn shirts have actually been worn in a game by the player in question. In most instances we will be able to tell you in which game, or which part of the season (some shirts are worn several times). Match issued shirts have been issued to the player by the club's kit man, but subsequently have not been worn and have come direct to us.
