STEVEN GERRARD ENGLAND AWAY EURO 2000 ISSUED

Description: Here we have a very sort after shirt for England collectors. A red away shirt issued to the now hero of both Liverpool and England, Steven Gerrard for the European Championships in 2000.

The shirt has all the characteristics that separate it as a players shirt from replica's of that time including the correct collar tags with the correct details, the fully embroidered through the shirt England 3 Lions Crest and Umbro logo, the correct Tournament sleeve badge to the right arm and the Fairplay sleeve badge to the left arm, and the unique Umbro font name and number.

The only time England wore red during the Euro 2000 Tournament was the 1-0 win over Germany. Gerard actually came on as a second half substitute in this game, and we are very reliably in formed swapped with club team mate Didi Hamman. Still here we have a rare example of a genuine spare international shirt for one of the countries World Class players, in his first international tournament.

What's the difference between Match worn and Match issued?
Match worn shirts have actually been worn in a game by the player in question. In most instances we will be able to tell you in which game, or which part of the season (some shirts are worn several times). Match issued shirts have been issued to the player by the club's kit man, but subsequently have not been worn and have come direct to us.
